28 de jun. de 2023 · IntelliJ IDEA 2020.2.1 (Community Edition) Build #IC-202.6948.69, built on August 25, 2020 I tried updating from the marketplace from within IntelliJ, but for some reason it didn't help. I managed to solve this by installing it from the plugin website Maven Helper by clicking on "Install to IDE".
1 de ago. de 2017 · Commenting out each line of selected code for Mac users without numpad would have to add a keyboard shortcut: Navigate to settings: Preferences > Keymap > Main menu > Code. Double click on Comment with Line Comment. Insert your shortcut, for example: cmd + shift + 7 would be interpreted as shift + cmd + 7 but works the same.

1 de fev. de 2022 · I'm always puzzled by the assumption that we'd all want the new UI by default. I just want to get work done, so I'll likely never take the time to convince myself that new is good. Maybe for folks just starting out. This said, IntelliJ IDEA is the best Java IDE I have ever used and I was a decade on Eclipse and tried NetBeans too (early on).

Here's some way to try when you launch an application in Intellij and want to active some profile: 1. Change VM options. Open "Edit configuration" in "Run", and in "VM options", add: -Dspring.profiles.active=local.
7 de abr. de 2017 · The easiest of all the above ways is to: Go to Settings>>Appearance & Behavior>>System Settings>>Passwords. Change the setting to not store passwords at all. Invalidate and restart IntelliJ. Go to Settings>>Version Control>>Git>>SSH executable: Build-in. Do a fetch/pull operation.

File > Settings... > Editor > Code Style > Java > Wrapping and Braces > Braces Placement > change "End of line" to "Next line" for "In class declaration", "In method declaration" and "Other" > OK. On the right side, you will see a live preview. Apply the new formatting.
Go to Settings > Other settings > Save actions. Tick Activate save actions on save. Tick Reformat file. Apply > OK. I prefer the hot-keys though, For Mac, To format the code : Ctrl + Alt (Option) + L. And additionally I do,: Ctrl + Alt (Option) + O , This will remove unused imports and format the import list as well.
