Roger is a Second Sea Boss who spawns on Umi island every 1 hour and 30 mins, He uses his blade "Ace" to attack the player. Below half health, Roger will use Conqueror's Haki to stun everyone around him, the same as Lucy. Roger has 6000 max HP +3000 for each player who fights him.
