Há 23 horas · In my opinion, given the distance and scarcity of direct flights, you should leave out Ushuaia (especially since you're already going to Magdalena island for penguins, presumably). Add another day to TDP (there's a lot more to see beyond the W (shorter hikes to Mirador Ferrier, Salto Grande, etc.) and spend the rest in El Chalten (add Huemul Glacier to what you already have)
