Meanwhile Rover took an even stronger attack with no effect at all. In terms of durability, Rover is undoubtedly above Elder Centipede. Elder Centipede had to regenerate because Bang and Bomb's attack dealt so much damage to him that it destroyed his entire shell. Idk why some people keep claiming this.
Overgrown Rover was tanky as hell. While Saitama spared him due to just seeing him as a dog, Garou probably hit him with the intent to kill. Bang was under the impression it might be the strongest monster in the MA, and he later one shot two other dragon level threats. I would put him under Golden Sperm in the MA that is about it.
Gouketsu, EC, these "disposable" executives from the MA are just the monster of the week and they probably will always be impossible to scale against anyone around their level, so these vs are kinda pointless. overgrown rover is second strongest dragon in the series, first being golden sperm. the doggo stomps imo.
