Balthazar is a KNOWN Soho eatery where CELEBS are spotted dining in here. This is a must go eat place in NY I hear. I personally heard about this place through Food Network / Food Channel's "Best Thing I Ever Ate" series. They highlighted the FRENCH FRIES lol. This restaurant is steps away from Bloomingdales.
