I had it working in the older 7th Heavens, but it won't work in 2.0 for whatever reason. So I've solved the problem, I spent hours looking through several forum's and post's and here's what I did to get it working; Uninstalled FF7. Uninstalled 7th Heaven. Start/Win Key + R then type regedit and press enter.

This is a "hidden" mod inside 7th heaven that makes a HUGE difference. -I use both Qhimm and Satsuki_Yatoshi's UI/Menu mods together. I know there's other stuff out there if you manually install it, but as far as what comes natively with 7th heaven, this is the best configuration I've found, and when they're all put together it really advances ...

2) 7th Heaven will read a 2-byte value from a location in memory (0xCC15D0 - this is the 'FieldID' variable). If it becomes 0xD5 or 0x160 then the files in the 'sewer' folder will become active, and so aaba.p inside char.lgp will also be replaced. 3) 7th Heaven will also check memory location 0xDC08DC (this is the PPV variable).
