To change or cancel a first appointment, phone our Outpatient Appointment Centre (OPAC) on 020 3299 1919. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm. Our busiest time is 12pm to 2pm, so if you phone at this time, you may wait longer for your call to be answered. We are closed on bank (public) holidays.
