This event will gather nearly 300 of the world's leading advocates of open legal access from such disciplines as open access publishing, government policy, application development and legal informatics.

All Law School buildings including the library are currently accessible only to members of the Law community via Cornell ID card swipe access. Non-law patrons who wish to use the library must email lawcirc@cornell.edu at least 24 hours in advance to schedule an appointment.
This endowment is designed to provide foreign law librarians with exposure to Cornell Law Library’s excellent resources and the expertise of its professional librarians, while learning about advanced legal research in a global context.
