Abraham De Moivre (1667 - 1754) De Moivre nasceu no dia 26 de maio, na cidade de Vitry, perto de Paris, na França. Depois de estudar durante cinco anos na Academia Protestante de Sedan, ele estudou lógica em Saumur, de 1682 até 1684. Foi então para Paris estudar no Collège de Harcourt.
