Herbert Sydney Wilcox CBE (19 de abril de 1890 - 15 de mayo de 1977) fue un productor y director de cine británico. Fue uno de los cineastas británicos de mayor éxito entre los años 1920 y 1950. Es mejor conocido por las películas que hizo con su tercera esposa , Anna Neagle .
