16 de out. de 2023 · Depuis novembre 2022, ce restaurant a été rebaptisé Coape & Felton en hommage à deux fondateurs de la ville de Sherbrooke. Auparavant, depuis 1989, ce même restaurant se nommait le Murville. Le Coape & Felton propose un nouveau décor et un nouveau menu. En effet, Sir John Coape Sherbrooke était un ancien Gouverneur en chef du Canada!
