  6. John Enoch Powell (født 16. juni 1912 i Stechford ved Birmingham i England, død 8. februar 1998 i London) var en britisk politiker, lingvist, skribent, akademiker, soldat og poet. Han var representant for det konservative partiet i Det britiske parlamentet mellom 1950 og februar 1974 og representant for Ulster Unionist Party mellom oktober 1974 og 1987.
