Isabell Werth, född 21 juli 1969 i Rheinberg i Tyskland, är den mest framgångsrika dressyrryttaren i modern tid. Hon har vunnit sju OS-guld, sju VM-guld och hela tretton EM-guld. Hon är även den ryttare som vunnit flest gånger på rad i tyska mästerskapen.
Isabell Werth ist die Dressurkönigin – nicht nur Deutschlands, sondern weltweit. Keine andere Dressurreiterin hat bislang so viele Medaillen und Titel mit nach Hause genommen wie sie. Isabell Werth ist siebenfache Olympiasiegerin, neunfache Weltmeisterin, hat einundzwanzigmal den EM-Titel und vierzehnmal den DM-Titel sich erritten.
Seit 2004 bildet Isabell Werth ihre Pferde in ihrem eigenen Ausbildungsstall in ihrer Heimat Rheinberg aus.
