  3. Biography. A brilliant, boyish actor discovered when working as a gofer at Biograph in 1907, Harron began as a bit-player in such films as "Dr. Skinnum" (his first, 1907) and "Bobbie's Kodak" (1908). But it took director D.W. Griffith to make a star out of him.
