We are absolutely delighted to be able to inform you of the very successful outcome to our recent Ofsted Inspection (28 and 29 November 2023). Ofsted has judged Roundhay School & Sixth Form to be ‘Outstanding’ in all areas, and they could not have been more complimentary about the exceptional provision on offer across our through-school.
“Since 1903, Roundhay School has sat proudly at the heart of its community, growing into one of the country’s largest, most diverse and oversubscribed schools. We are an All-Through School serving children and young people aged 4 to 18. Our core ambition is to do “whatever it takes” to provide an exceptional education for all.
If the school is truly ‘World Class’, then the pupils will be able to own and demonstrate ‘World Class’ qualities.” Roundhay is ‘World Class’ because of the work we do together. Parents, pupils, staff and everyone connected with Roundhay all play their part in making this school what it is – put simply, ‘We are Roundhay’.
