  3. Castle Dor is not a famous book, and partly I can see why- it has the feel of a pet project, or an experiment, to recreate the story from Cornish Mythology in a 1900's setting. It has two authors who wrote at different times, and a loose, organic plot that sometimes has a clunky feel, as if the past will jolly well be made to fit the present so help me god!
