Synopsis. Chev Chelios' (Jason Statham) fall from a helicopter during the final moments of the original movie Crank. Immediately after his fall, he is scooped off the street by group of Chinese medics. He wakes up in a makeshift hospital and sees doctors removing his heart while Johnny Vang (Art Hsu) watches.
