Petra Blaisse. Petra Blaisse ( Londen, 1955) is een Brits-Nederlands ontwerpster. Zij begon haar carrière als ontwerpster op de afdeling Vormgeving van het Stedelijk Museum te Amsterdam en richtte in 1991 haar eigen bureau op: Inside Outside. Zij werkt als interieurontwerpster, landschapsarchitect en tentoonstellingsmaakster.
Each year a number of printed and digital publications appear. Occasionally we feature in, books that address certain themes. Two monographs have been published on us: “Inside Outside, Petra Blaisse” (2007 and 2009) and “Movements 25%, Introduction to a working process” (2000 and 2012). Petra Blaisse, Inside Outside’s lead designer, works in a multitude of creative areas including interior design, landscape architecture, exhibition and textile design. After an education in the visual arts and work for commercial photographers and filmers she became assistant curator at the Applied Arts department of the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam.
24 de jan. de 2017 · Petra Blaisse worked in collaboration with Rem Koolhaas and the Office for Metropolitan Architecture on many projects including Seattle Central Library (Seattle, 2004), Casa da Música (Porto, 2001–2005), CCTV HQ (Beijing, 2004–2009).The firm also collaborated with architectural firm SANAA for the glass pavilion of the Toledo Museum of Art (Toledo, Ohio, 2006).
