Charles Alexander Bannerman Carnegie, 11th Earl of Southesk KCVO DL (23 September 1893 – 16 February 1992), styled The Honourable Charles Carnegie before 1905 and Lord Carnegie between 1905 and 1941, was the husband of Princess Maud, a granddaughter of King Edward VII.

He was educated at Harrow and St Andrews University, of which he holds the honorary degree of LL.D. He commanded the late Forfar and Kincardine R.G.A. (Militia), and has the reputation of being the best game shot in Scotland.

Shortly after the Lord Southesk's death, the family announced that the Duke's heir, David, the Earl of Macduff, would be styled as the Earl of Southesk, as a courtesy title. David's eldest son, Charles, was styled as Lord Carnegie.
