Susanna Agnelli (d. 24 Nisan 1922, Torino - ö. 15 Mayıs 2009, Roma) İtalyan siyasetçi. İkinci Dünya Savaşı süresince hastanelerde çalışmış ve çocuklarla ilgilenmiştir. Kızılhaç 'ın yanında yer almış ve çeşitli görevlerde bulunmuştur. 1945'te yaptığı evlilikten 1945-1974 yılları arasında 6 çocuğu olmuştur.
