William Henry Cavendish-Bentinck, 3. hertug av Portland, (født 14. april 1738, død 30. oktober 1809) var en britisk politiker som gjennom sin karriere både holdt seg til whig-og toryfløyen. Han var statsminister i 1783 og fra 1807 til 1809.
William Henry, Lord Titchfield, was born on 14 April 1738 at Bulstrode Park in Buckinghamshire. He was the eldest son of William Bentinck, 2nd Duke of Portland and "the richest woman in great Britain" Lady Margaret Cavendish-Harley and inherited many lands from his mother and his maternal grandmother, who was the daughter of John Holles, 1st Duke of Newcastle .
