Runelite. 1,068 likes. RuneLite is a free, open-source and super fast client for Old School RuneScape.
RuneLite is using Maven as build tool. It is used for dependency management, resource generation, running tests and any other tooling needed to properly build, run and deploy RuneLite.
Now Runelite has MOST of these, however it varies in quality, and I'd argue in most cases the official client does all of these things better than Runelite. First of all, everything to do with highlights, timers, trackers, text, tiles, are all done at a higher quality visually, with sharper outlines/lines, and readability, with practically perfect tracing on tagging as well.
I've been with OSBuddy ever since I started playing oldschool runescape again, now I've recently moved over to Runelite due to it being hands down the better client for me. The only question I have is do they have anything in the pipeline for a graphic update similar to the OpenGL as that is the only feature which I miss.
Screenshot Folder. RuneLite takes screenshots for you automatically when you level up or make other achievements. You can also take screenshots yourself with the screenshot button or by pressing the screenshot hotkey (which is INSERT by default on Windows).
