About Us. Wetherby Kensington provides an environment that promotes educational excellence and tradition through a forward-thinking, holistic curriculum within which the needs of individual pupils are fostered. Wetherby Kensington is a school for boys from Reception to Year 3 and is two form entry per year group.
Wetherby School have been preparing for Remembrance Day by selling poppies this week. One of our Charity Ambassadors braved the winter weather on the steps to help sell them, all funds will be donated to the Royal British Legion.
At Wetherby School each boy will be grouped into a House. Boys will know their House before they start school and any new boys that arrive during the academic year will be allocated to a House. Learning Support. Wetherby is a non – selective school. We have a community of boys who are of varying skill and ability. Some boys require additional support; we have a large and committed learning support team in house that consists of our Head of Learning Support, dyslexic trained specialist support teachers and speech and language therapists.
Coming to school at Wetherby School is an extraordinary experience. We are immensely proud of the opportunities and experiences the school offers which have helped shape and transform the lives of so many boys over the years.
