  7. Ampleforth College is relatively non-selective, yet managed to attain a very respectable 44% 9-7 grades at GCSEs, and 36% A-grades at A-Levels in 2023. Next to the usual subjects, the school offers latin and greek, as well as BTecs in hospitality, entrepreneurship and countryside management.
