Dorothy Burlingham, née à New York le 11 octobre 1891 et morte à Londres le 19 novembre 1979, est une psychanalyste américaine. Sa vie personnelle et professionnelle est liée à celle d'Anna Freud et au premier mouvement psychanalytique.
Dorothy Burlingham. geb. Tiffany. 11.10.1891, New York. 19.11.1979, London. Tiffany. Tochter des New Yorker Malers und Glasdesigners Luis Comfort Charles Tiffany brachte 1925 ihren Sohn, der an Asthma litt, zu Anna Freud in Behandlung. Sie machte dann selber eine Analyse bei Reik und Freud und wurde 1934 ordentliches Mitglied der WPV.
