University of Wisconsin Madison typically accepts and attracts "A-" average high school students with an average GPA around 3.88. Most incoming freshmen graduate in the top quarter of their high school class . 29% of those admitted chose to enroll in the school.
Scholarships. A great education should also be an affordable one, and 80% of our students receive financial aid — usually in a combination of scholarships, loans, grants and work-study. To apply for financial aid, submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for maximum financial aid consideration.
Badger Precollege is pleased to offer engaging online courses to students in grades 6-12. Each live online course meets for one to two weeks and includes high-quality educational and social content to help prepare students for the college experience — all backed by the academic reputation of the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
College is in reach at UW Oshkosh. PreCollege Programs expose eligible middle and high school students to the college experience, career exploration and life as aTitan. There are two summer sessions for students to choose between and a third session for rural students. The first session runs June 23 – 29 2024, the second runs July 07–13, 2024.
