This dream was formalized by his sonLa te Sri Chandan Kumar Sarkar, Hon’ble Former Minister Irrigation & Soil Conservation, Govt. of Assam, Voluntarily with the spirit of social service to the community along with a team of educationists and social workers by establishing C. K. College governing body (N.G.O) society in 2000 and this society is registered under Society registration act in 2006.
