The issue with genshin is that multiple 50/50 losses doesn't actually lower the probability of it happening again, each time is a reset dice roll. With the "before 70" one, that's not the worse luck. Usually it's around 60 where it's considered quite unlucky, but getting to 80/90 is SUPER unlucky (especially 90, getting to hard pity is always worse case scenario).
