Le test Yo-Yo est un test d’endurance aérobie maximale, consistant à courir entre des marqueurs placés à 20 mètres de distance, à des vitesses croissantes, jusqu’à épuisement. Le test a été développé dans les années 1990 par le physiologiste danois du football Jens Bangsbo et ses collègues, et est maintenant l’un des tests de fitness les plus couramment menés dans le monde.
