Head for Pokemon League! Go through the cave. First you are on 1F. Proceed to 2F, then go through 1F again to appear in B1F. Climb up to 1F and proceed until you get out of the cave to appear in the Pokemon League. To explore Victory Road, you need such HM moves as Surf, Strength, Rock Smash, and Rock Climb. There are some boulder puzzles.
There are two ways to obtain TM71 Stone Edge in Pokémon Platinum: There’s one copy of TM71 deep within Victory Road, near the end of the main game. This location requires the Hidden Moves Strength, Rock Climb, and Rock Smash to reach. Unlimited copies of TM71 can be purchased from the TM seller at the Battle Frontier.

Like in Kanto and Hoenn, reaching the Pokémon League requires first passing through Sinnoh's Victory Road (and a large waterfall) to the south of the League building. The Sinnoh League is located in a castle reminiscent of a Gothic cathedral , having a rose window and two towers at the very front of the building—a characteristic of Gothic architecture.
