Sinopsis. Marisa Ventura (Jennifer Lopez) merupakan seorang ibu tunggal untuk anak lelakinya yang berumur 10 tahun bernama Ty (Tyler Posey). Untuk menghidupi kebutuhan sehari-hari, Marisa bekerja di sebuah hotel ternama di kota Manhattan, Beresford Hotel. Ia bekerja sebagai pelayan yang sangat cekatan dan disukai banyak pegawai dan tamu.
