Biography. Lt.-Col. Arnold Allen Cecil Keppel, 8th Earl of Albemarle (1858-1942) was the son of William Coutts Keppel, 7th Earl of Albemarle & his wife Sophia Mary née MacNab. He married Lady Gertrude Lucia Egerton, daughter of Wilbraham Egerton, 1st and last Earl Egerton of Tatton and Lady Mary Sarah Percy Amherst, on 4 January 1881.
22 de dez. de 2021 · Keppel was born on June 5, 1702, at Whitehall Palace, London, the only son and one of two children of Arnold Joost van Keppel, first earl of Albemarle, and Geertruid Johanna Quirina van der Duyn Keppel, countess of Albemarle. 9 de jan. de 2022 · Arnold Joost van Keppel, 1st earl of Albemarle, and lord of Voorst in Gelderland (c. 1670–1718), son of Oswald van Keppel and his wife Anna Geertruid van Lintello, was born in Holland about 1670. He became page to William III., accompanied him to England in 1688, and was made groom of the bedchamber and master of the robes in 1695.
