Wilma Pearl Mankiller (cherokee-navn: A-ji-luhsgi Asgaya-dihi, født 18. november 1945, død 6. april 2010) var en Cherokee-aktivist, socialarbejder, samfundsudvikler og den første kvinde valgt til overhøvding (engelsk: Principal Chief) for Cherokee Nation.
