Ray Harryhausen’s 20 Million Miles to Earth was the last film to take place in a contemporary setting, with his further film outings taking place in the lands of magic and myth, but with this tale of the Ymir, we got one of the better entries in the “Rampaging Monster” genre with a truly sympathetic creature.
