Mary Kathryn Beck Briscoe (born April 4, 1947) is a senior United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Briscoe, Mary Beck. Nominated by William J. Clinton on March 14, 1995, to a seat vacated by James Kenneth Logan. Confirmed by the Senate on May 25, 1995, and received commission on May 26, 1995. Served as chief judge, 2010-2015. Assumed senior status on March 15, 2021.
