Sergei Ursuliak. Sergei Vladimirovich Ursuliak ( bahasa Rusia: Серге́й Влади́мирович Урсуля́к; lahir 10 Juni 10 1958) adalah pembuat film, penulis naskah, pemeran dan presenter televisi Rusia. Ia dikenal karena film Composition for Victory Day (1996) dan Long Farewell (2004), dan karena seri televisi Liquidation.
Sergueï Oursouliak nait à Petropavlovsk-Kamtchatski. Il fait des études à l' Institut d'art dramatique Boris Chtchoukine. De 1979 à 1991, il est acteur au théâtre Satiricon 1. En 1993, il obtient le diplôme des cours supérieurs de formation des scénaristes et réalisateurs de Moscou, sous la direction de Vladimir Motyl.
