  2. Durham University Chamber Choir is one of the finest university choirs in the country. With varied, interesting and technical programmes, DUCC rival professional choirs in sound. Consisting of 24 of the university’s best singers, they have recently performed concerts in Durham Cathedral’s Chapter House, Durham Castle’s Great Hall and St Oswald’s Church.

  3. Durham's colleges and your application College membership. All students at Durham University are members of one of our colleges. Colleges are residential communities that offer student-led opportunities and events in drama, music, sport and volunteering, as well as a wide range of other activities and facilities.

  4. Our College accommodation contains a total of 492 student bedrooms and 4 self contained flats for staff or visiting fellows. We have two main types of accommodation: Flats & Townhouses. We have 348 bedrooms within our flat accommodation. All accommodation within our flats is ensuite. There are between 4-8 ensuite bedrooms per flat.
