The College’s collection of 70 medieval manuscripts, many beautifully illuminated, is one of the finest in Oxford. In recent years the most significant donations have been of modern literature, such as the 3,000 books on contemporary theatre from the library of producer and drama critic Martin Esslin and the personal poetry library of poet, critic and Keble Alumnus Ian Hamilton (1958).

Its resonant, cathedral-like acoustic is much in demand for concerts and recordings, and is home to a lively and active music foundation in which the Chapel Choir plays a primary role.
Keble College is based around six Quads. Five are on the main site on Parks Road and the sixth is the HB Allen Centre on Banbury Road which opened in 2019.
