Gilby Clarke (* 17. august 1962, Cleveland, Ohio, USA) je americký hudobník, gitarista a skladateľ, známy predovšetkým ako gitarista americkej hard rockovej skupiny Guns N’ Roses, v ktorej pôsobil v rokoch 1991-1994, a v ktorej nahradil gitaristu Izzyho Stradlina, po jeho odchode v roku 1991.
