Founded in 1571, the College retains many of its original features – including our beautiful Elizabethan dining hall (below), Chapel, and Principal’s Lodgings. Jesus College was one of the first men’s colleges to admit women, in 1974, but nowadays, our student intake is evenly balanced between men and women.

Director of Music at Jesus College, Mark Williams, says, 鈥淭he release of a new disc is always a nail-biting time for the Choir. A disc represents hours of planning, rehearsing, recording and editing and is a memento of a particular time in the Choir鈥檚 history, with the membership changing every year as students come and go and choristers鈥?voices change and new choristers arrive.
