Richard Wellesley (1787–1831) Richard Wellesley (22 April 1787 – 1 March 1831) was an Anglo-Irish Member of Parliament. He was the illegitimate son of Richard Wellesley, 1st Marquess Wellesley and his mistress (later wife) Hyacinthe-Gabrielle Roland and educated at Eton College (1800), Christ Church, Oxford (1805), and Lincoln's Inn (1808).

31 de jan. de 2023 · Hyacinthe-Gabrielle Wellesley, Countess of Mornington (née Roland or Rolland; c. 1766 – 5 November 1816) was a French actress who became the mistress, and later the wife, of Richard Wellesley, 1st Marquess Wellesley.
Wellesley vivió durante muchos años junto a Hyacinthe-Gabrielle Roland, una actriz del Palais Royal. Se casaron el 29 de noviembre de 1794, cuando ella ya tenía cinco hijos. Tras la muerte de su mujer en 1816, Wellesley volvió a casarse el 29 de octubre de 1825 con la viuda Marianne (Caton) Patterson, con quien no tuvo hijos.
