If a candidate’s grade changes after results are released and the change is not because of an enquiry about results, we do not automatically update the following electronic results documents on Direct: Statements of results for every candidate (PDF). A broadsheet results file for your centre (PDF). A results file for your centre (Excel).
Results Online is available for the following Cambridge English exams. If you have taken a different exam, please speak to your centre in order to request your results. A2 Key - previously known as Cambridge English: Key (KET)
You can check the authenticity of any Cambridge English result by using our free online Results Verification Service. The free service is secure, easy to use, and means you can be certain that a candidate’s result is valid. You will be able to see an applicant’s Statement of Results and a photo taken on the day of the test.
Where a certificate is lost between the centre and the candidate, Cambridge English will issue a duplicate copy provided that: it is more than six months since the exam date. We can only supply a replacement certificate up to 12 months after the exam date. After this time, the candidate may only apply for a certifying statement.
This can be found on your Confidential Results Information sheet provided to you on the test day. Results are only available to download for 60 days from the date of issue. After this date we are unable to provide candidates with their Statement of Results document.
