In the 2020–2021 academic year, Swarthmore students were awarded three Fulbright Grants, two Goldwater Scholarships, a Marshall Scholarship, and multiple National Science Foundation grants. During the past five years, 91% of applicants were admitted to law school (compared with a national average of 74%).
The Registrar recommends: For the first two years take courses in a variety of subjects. You will need by graduation 20 credits in subjects different from your major. For regular (non-special) majors, sum the credits with four-letter subject codes which are different from your major's four-letter code.
