However, I found Agatha Raisin and the Quiche of Death harmlessly entertaining, fairly chucklesome throughout. Ashley Jensen is a lot of fun as the hatchet-faced Agatha, spinning her Annan accent. The film is somewhere between Midsomer Murders and Hot Fuzz, never quite funny enough to be a pure comedy, nor dramatic enough to intrigue.
