Robert Arthur Talbot Gascoyne-Cecil (ur. 3 lutego 1830 w Hatfield, zm. 22 sierpnia 1903 tamże) – brytyjski polityk, wielokrotny minister spraw zagranicznych i premier Wielkiej Brytanii w latach 1885–1886, 1886–1892 i 1895–1902.
