Trevor Horn Charles, nasceu em 15 de Julho de 1949 em Houghton – Le Spring, Inglaterra. Horn começou sua carreira em meados dos anos 70 como músico de apoio da cantora Tina Charles (uma das Divas da era Disco). Fazia parte deste grupo de músicos Geoff Downes e Bruce Woolley, que com Trevor Horn em 1977 fundou o grupo The Buggles.
