Olave Baden-Powell documented her travels in two books, Travelogues and Guide Links. Due to Sir Robert's failing health, the couple retired in 1938 to Kenya, East Africa. After her husband's death in 1941, Baden-Powell returned to England to lend her expertise to the World Bureau, headquartered in London.

Olave St Clair Baden-Powell, Baroness Baden-Powell, GBE (22 Februari 1889 – 25 Juni 1977) adalah istri Robert Baden-Powell, pelopor Gerakan Kepanduan. Ia dilahirkan di Chesterfield , Inggris dengan nama Olave St Clair Soames namun setelah menikah dengan Robert Baden-Powell , ia lebih dikenal dengan nama Olave Baden-Powell atau Lady Baden-Powell atau The Dowager Lady Baden-Powell.
