Hasina beteiligt sich aktiv am Kabaddi-Projekt von Terre des hommes in Indien. Diese originelle Initiative bietet jungen Migrantinnen die Möglichkeit, sich zu emanzipieren, indem sie eine Kontaktsportart ausüben, die traditionellerweise Jungen vorbehalten ist. Dank Kabaddi hat die 17-Jährige ihren Weg gefunden und ist einer Kinderehe entkommen.
