St. Michael Catholic Secondary School opened in September 2010 with 600 grade 9 and 10 students. The school is named after St. Michael the Archangel who has four main responsibilities: to combat Satan, escort the faithful to heaven at their hour of death, champion all Christians and the Church itself, and call men from their life on earth to their heavenly judgement.
St Michael’s Catholic School is promoted by the Diocese of Northampton and is maintained by Buckinghamshire Local Authority. The Governing Body is responsible for determining and administering the policy relating to the admission of pupils to the school. It serves 940 pupils in grades 9–12 and is governed by the Niagara Catholic District School Board. Saint Michael opened in 1989 and moved to its current building in 2004.
