  4. Albert Grey (1851–1917), great-nephew of Prime Minister Earl Grey, was a radical Liberal peer in favour of women's suffrage. Formerly an MP, he became the 4th Earl Grey in 1894. During the 1890s he was a director of the British South Africa Company and administrator of Southern Rhodesia (Zimbabwe), and then Governor-General of Canada 1904–1911.
